ORIGIN
Odacio is a blend of Nicaraguan and East African Arabica coffees. The Nicaraguan highlands produce Arabica coffees with a fine and fresh acidity and a green apple note that turns to a distinct cereal note when you give them a long roast. Odacio also has a touch of Ethiopian coffee in the blend. It adds a refined acidity to the cup, and an elegant floral and fruity note. Together these coffees deliver great elegance to your mug.

ROASTING
We split roast the coffees in the Odacio Vertuo coffee capsule. The Nicaraguan beans get a long roast that develops its cereal note and gives the blend structure and body. The Ethiopian coffee beans also get a long roast because it helps reveal this coffee’s delicate notes. Both roasts are long but light – which makes Odacio hit your palate with great elegance.

AROMATIC PROFILE
It’s bold and it’s lively. Odacio brings a full-bodied cereal note and then dares to surprise you with its flourish of fruitiness and delicate acidity at the end.
